Sloop Brewery & Taproom
Founded in 2011 by Adam Watson and Justin Taylor, Sloop Brewing has grown from farmers’ market to farmer’s market, craft beer store to bar. With a brand new 30-barrel brew system set up inside of an old Dutch post and beam barn at Vosburgh Orchards in Elizaville, NY, Sloop Brewing is taking their commitment to the craft of brewing, new adventures in taste, and local agriculture, and bringing their carefully handcrafted beer to the Hudson Valley and New York metro area.
Early this year, Sloop was named the fastest growing regional brewery in 2019 by The Brewers Association. Living up to this accolade, they have partnered with Smuttynose Brewing in New Hampshire to expand production and accommodate even more Sloop specialty into the markets.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
