Appalachian Brewing - Mechanicsburg Brew Pub
Our Mechanicsburg brewpub opened in the Summer of 2014. Featuring plenty of free parking and close proximity to shopping facilities, this 26,000 square foot building features a bright and modern brewpub and grill, with more than 20 Appalachian Brewing Company craft beers on tap every day, and a full menu of innovative brewpub cuisine! Our 15-barrel brewing system is second in size only to our main Harrisburg brewery, and regularly turns out two to three seasonal specialty beers each month! Dining guests can choose from our spacious main dining room with regular and high top tables and our ‘family dining’ section featuring comfortable booths. This space is also perfect for your next meeting or special event! We feature a semi-private second floor mezzanine seating section overlooking the main dining area, and our private Brewery Dining section, which is separated from the main dining room. We also feature a Conference Room which is perfect for offsite board meetings and small gatherings. We hope to see you soon and look forward to serving you and your friends often!

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
