Blokken Brewery was a small brewery in Bremerton, Washington, known for its craft beers, which were also bottled, such as a Scotch Ale. It was located at 1100 Perry Ave Unit C, Bremerton, WA 98310 and was a local haunt for beer lovers, including travelers waiting for the ferry.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
