Perry Street Brewing
Opened in March 2014, Perry Street Brewing sits in the heart of the vibrant and family-friendly South Perry neighborhood on Spokane’s lower South Hill. Northwest-style craft beer favorites and Belgian offerings are regulars on the tap list, as well as their 2016 Great American Beer Festival gold-medal winning India Pale Lager. PSB is a true local craft brewery and taproom. In addition to a rotating tap list, a variety of local wines and cider are available, as well as non-alcoholic options. Perry Street Brewing’s kitchen serves daily (please check website for hours) and the menu offers locally-focused fare, kid-friendly options, and rotating Market Sheet specials. The brewery boasts a large, airy taproom featuring reclaimed metal and wood, as well as a dog-friendly, sunny patio for taking in the action on Perry Street.Open Tuesdays through Sundays, all ages welcome.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
