Urban Harvest Brewing Company
Established in 2016, Urban Harvest Brewing Company is a Milwaukee on-site neighborhood brewery and Taproom where we brew fresh, handcrafted ales in small batches several times a week. While our core menu of beers offers a diverse selection of quality beers to choose from, numerous creative and unique Special Release and seasonal offerings will be flowing from our taps at various times throughout the year. Built in 1897, the spacious and welcoming Taproom features original hardwood floors and Cream City brick. Located in Walker’s Point, Milwaukee’s oldest neighborhood provides ample opportunities to explore buildings from the city’s earliest years, but to also stop, shop, eat, drink, and enjoy the energy of all that is happening now.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
