The Beer House
Beer House opened its doors in July 2002 and is a unique restaurant-brewery in Estonia, which produces 7 sorts of „living“ (non-filtered and unpasteurized) beer. The restaurant’s interior is created in the style of Austrian beer taverns. The Beer House’s beer square embraces our guests with an atmosphere of the Vienna streets. In the summer times, we have the longest terrace opened in the Old Town. The recipes of our beers brewed in the Beer House are originating from the Bavarian breweries of the 16th century. For the production of the best „living“ beer, we use only the finest quality raw materials. Each and every dish of our house is prepared and served with heart and soul.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
