His curiosity to acquire new knowledge and tinkering with ways to implement ideas characterize him. Restless, but with reason he works with passion on his projects. A family, a house, a sailboat and his job as an IT technician are not enough. It had to be something new again. Surrounded by numerous winemakers in Neusiedl am See, after a beer brewing course, his interest in the “other” beverage – beer – was awakened. After ambitious attempts and refinements, Nik was able to give his beers their own personal touch.
The lake plays a growing role in his life. He is part of his homeland and a special living and recreation space.
Enjoying the lake “at the Lakeside” is the message of his beers. Learn from nature and let it flow into the work. Thus no additives or preservatives are used for beer production.
The names of the currently three beers are directly connected to the lake. The flagship of the assortment is “Seamile”, a snappy Viennese Lager.
