We are a small company that specializes in beer. We offer seminars on all things beer, advise breweries and restaurateurs, develop beers and have more than just the black ink (stout) in our range. If you have problems with your dispensing system, we are happy to offer you professional advice and cleaning with our dispensing system service. No matter what there is to do with beer, we can cover it with over 25 years of experience.
The owner Martin Seidl has extensive training. Master of mechanical engineering, qualified brewery sensory specialist, master of technical chemistry and environmental technology, qualified beer sommelier, qualified specialist trainer, qualified manager, trained beer ambassador (IHK), CNC technician, pneumatics engineer, hydraulics engineer, mechatronics engineer, waste management engineer, trained adventure, outdoor and social educator and much more.
Martin is also a small farmer and grows his own brewing barley, some of which he malts and roasts himself.
As the son of a carpenter’s shop owner, he is also very experienced with wood.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
