A village, a family, a vision. Years ago, Silvia & Franz Gmachl have made home-made delicacies in the Genussdorf Gmachl years ago. Clear. With the idea of owning a house beer, the foam was already unstoppable. Even son Franz, a beer sommelier of the younger generation, stoked the brewing process full of fire. OK then. Because since the first month of 2017, FRANZ now has another, new craft. The host. The Butcher. Yes. Now also the brewer. Cheers.
