Everything started around the year 2006. We brewed our first sude at home. Above all, we were fascinated by the sheer infinite design possibilities that exist when brewing beer. You can put a stamp on every beer, be it through the combination of different malts, different hop varieties or even variations in the yeast. It is amazing what impact the selection of yeast alone has on the overall taste of a beer. Not to mention hops or barley.
