At first (2004), the brewery « Les 3 Fourquets » was built to brew malted beverages dedicated to be drinked in the tavern next door. In 2007, the brewery decided to create a new beer, in kegs and in Champagne bottles. The Circus Brewery was born in 2013 when they brewed their first beer, the Piccolo. Today you still find the Piccolo in their range and soon their 2nd beer will come out that will be called juggler.
