Our mission, supported since 2015 by more than 500 cooperators, is to brew all our beers by promoting local organic agriculture from the short circuit: local barley (from the Schiepers Farm in Wanze), raw wheat (from the Ferme à l’Arbre in Liège), raw rye (from the Histoire d’un Grain Cooperative), oats (from the Graines de Curieux Cooperative), etc. In addition, we even have our own hop field on our land in Lantin (Liège) in order to cover the hop needs of the Brewery. Our beer, La Badjawe Bio (chatty in Walloon from Liège) which we offer in Festive (light blonde), Blonde, Amber and Brown. A truly Local, Organic and Artisanal Brewery!
