La Cahute - Microbrauerei "Die Hütte"

It all started in January 2019, in the small village of Dolhain, where two friends sharing a common passion for beer decided to turn their dream into reality. Julien Thonon, an electromechanic by training, and Mathieu Busch, a sound engineer, transformed a modest garden shed, affectionately named “La Cahute”, into a micro-brewery in which the passion for brewing comes to life. Inspired by the desire to share their love for craft beer, they began to create unique recipes that captured the essence of their Walloon terroir.
