The La Fabrique Craft Brewery has taken up residence in the old family farm, a building dating from the 19th century. It is located along the Bolland stream in the heart of the bocages of the Pays de Herve. The name of the beer pays homage to the Pays de Herve region and its bocages. In the background of the logo, a bocage is schematically represented. The owl, the emblematic animal of the bocage, is present on the logo. The brewery is arranged on 2 floors: on the 1st floor a brewing room and a fermentation/maturation room, on the ground floor the bottling room as well as the tasting room (under construction) which will welcome you for the “Bocapéro” in a warm and cozy atmosphere.
