Brasserie Cubus

Created in Sart-Risbart, the CUBUS microbrewery became, in 2022, Walhinoise at heart under the benevolent eye of the new Madame Cubus, Vanessa De Munck. The Saison (6.8%), a thirst-quenching blonde with floral and lemony bitterness, offers a pleasant body thanks to a subtle blend of 5 malts. The Blanche (6.8%), faithful to the specific roundness of Cubus, releases pleasant perfumed scents for a refreshing promise. The Eclipse (7.5%), amber with sweet notes of roasted malts, displays a pronounced woody floral bitterness and a beautiful length in the mouth. The Triple (8.4%), the first Cubus beer, is a blonde with a strong character that reveals a delicate bitterness, a gentle roundness in the mouth and fine floral and citrus aromas.
