Natural, artisanal microbrewery and distributor of pure drinks. Nature is central to our brewery. We work as sustainably as possible, without additives, with only ingredients that put biodiversity first. For this purpose, we installed a fully gravity brewing installation in the Heilig Hart Kerk in Kwatrecht. With Desolari, we grew into a distributor of pure flavours in wine, beer, sake and distillates. Our unique range offers something for everyone. Both in the brewery and in the drinks trade, organic and/or biodynamic is very important! But first and foremost, it is about pure natural taste.
