Brasserie Dupont

The Dupont Brewery is certainly part of the history of Belgian beer.
Established in Tourpes (Leuze-en-Hainaut), in the center of Western Hainaut, its buildings date from 1759, and have been brewing continuously since 1844.
Originally, the beer produced was a Saison-style beer, brewed in the winter and consumed in the summer by field workers. Since 1950, the Dupont brewery has specialized in the production of fermented beers fermented in bottles. His most famous products are the Moinette Blond and the Season Dupont.
Since 1990, part of the production is brewed under organic license and bears the Biogarantie® label: Organic Moinette, Biolègère, Organic Honey Beer, …
The Dupont Brewery is also a production of cheese refined with beer.
Today, the beers of Brasserie Dupont are still produced in a traditional way and the annual production reaches 18,000 hectoliters.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
