Brutopia BrewPub
Brutopia Brewpub is the premiere brewpub in down town Montreal. Since we opened our doors early in 1997, our attentive, friendly staff has been serving full flavoured beers, freshly brewed on our premises. We are also very proud to be a locally owned business, brewing in the most sustainable manner; using primarily, malts from local Quebec farms and recycling the ‘spent grain’ or ‘mash’ back to local farms. This provides a clean, high quality natural feed for healthy, local live stock. You will also find a great selection of many of Quebec’s finest bottled and canned craft/micro brews and gluten free beers. If you are interested in supporting an economically, and environmentally strong community, we are an easy, as well as a really fun choice to make.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
