On Sunday, April 28, 2019, the Edermünde Brewery Barn ceased operations. For many years, the home-brewed beer from Haldorf was a success story. Memories remain of Rose Monday balls, music events, Schnepperfeten (a local festival), and holidays with very high attendance.
