Our second brewery was established to increase the already insufficient capacity of the operation in Prague’s Vinohrady. We built it in Kárané, near Prague, in a location renowned for its high quality water, one of the key ingredients for beer production. Most of the brewing technology was supplied by top German brewery manufacturer Kaspar Schulz, which has been operating on the market since 1677.
