Pivovar Kolkovna
The Kolkovna craft brewery, opened in 2024, is located at the Exhibition Grounds in Holešovice near Stromovka Park. Under the leadership of an experienced brewer, beers are brewed here from high-quality malt and hops. Every six weeks you can taste a new seasonal special. In the brewery restaurant you can taste honest Czech cuisine, which has been associated with Czech lager since time immemorial. Our chefs prepare dishes from fresh ingredients that will perfectly complement the beer experience. We would also be happy to welcome you on an excursion, where you can take a look at the brewhouse and find out what secrets lie behind the beer production process. We also offer a Tapping School, where you will learn to tap beer like a professional. You will gain knowledge that you will be able to test in practice and at the end you will receive a certificate.
