Pivovárek pánů z Růže
On December 12, 2012, the Pivovárek Pánů z Růže was opened with great fanfare in Jindřichův Hradec, Vídeňská Street, with a capacity of 500 liters of wort produced in one brewing day. In 2015, we agreed with the owner, Mr. Vondráček, to buy out the technology and gradually moved the brewery to the Ústí nad Labem region. Here, of course, the question comes to mind why we kept the brewery’s original name. We purchased the brewery as a complete technology and “know how”. And Židovice (and also Roudnice nad Labem) were owned by the Rožmberks before the Lobkowitz family.
Initially, we produced only lagers and bottom-fermented specials, but based on the demand of regular customers, at the end of last year we also started producing top-fermented beers. The brewery is located in the picturesque village of Židovice, located two kilometers north of Roudnice nad Labem. There are many tourist attractions in the area and the immediate surroundings are also worth a visit.

She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur.
