In a beautiful, carefully renovated historical building in the center of Brno, we have opened an extraordinary complex: a luxury hotel, wellness, top-notch restaurant… and a microbrewery. In a three-vessel Czech-made brewhouse, we brew beer of all styles and flavors in the world for you. We brew exclusively from the best ingredients on the market and with the maximum possible share of manual labor. We do not rush anything, modern technology helps us only where it does not harm quality. EFI Brewery also includes the EFI Hostinec restaurant, which focuses on honest Czech cuisine using local and fresh ingredients. This will transport you to a time when the culinary craft was performed with love, honesty and an emphasis on quality.
