Soběšický Pivovar, První soběšický pivovar

We are the First Soběšice Brewery, a small family business based on classic beer brewing methods. We brew beer in an inconspicuous, at first glance, ordinary family house right in the center of the Brno district of Soběšice. Many refer to the brewing tradition from the 18th, 15th or even 13th century, although their current methods have little in common with the historical ones. We proudly do not refer to anything, we are building the brewing tradition in Soběšice from scratch, but it is not for nothing that we have the number “first” in our name.
