Moulins d'Ascq

The brewery uses a production method that respects the region’s brewing tradition. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, everything is done to maintain the authentic taste of the beers of yesteryear. Moulins d’Ascq is a double-fermented beer for keeping (in tank and bottle). The production cycle lasts approximately 5 weeks to allow optimum maturation of the product.

Since its creation, the brewery has continued to improve its production tools in order to cope with the development of its production and guarantee flawless quality of its products.
