Our brewery was born in 1997 during the filming of the film “Germinal”, an adaptation of Emile ZOLA’s literary masterpiece. Although there has since been a change of ownership, the pioneering and creative spirit is still present to create new and daring recipes for products that will be shipped around the world. Today, the brewery is equipped with high-tech production tools and it specializes in bottling and produces a wide range of brands. Our know-how is expressed through inventive recipes, refermentation in bottles and raw hopping which gives rise to exceptional products. Our flagship products are Bellerose, Bellerose de Noel and Vieux-Lille.
