Our beers are brewed in our own brewery using the latest technology. As has been the case since time immemorial, only hops, malt, yeast and water are used for beer in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Master brewer Franz Roppelt only swears by the highest quality natural products. Roppelt’s beer specialties, which are highly valued by so many, are produced with a lot of love, craftsmanship and decades of experience.
The cellar beer, the wheat beer and, seasonally, the festival and bock beer. After a long storage and aging period, our beers are served directly from us – freshly tapped – in the restaurant and in the beer cellar. They are also available as bottled beer in swing top bottles from the brewery and at the beer cellar. For larger celebrations, we offer draft beer in sizes between 15 and 50 liters. Following an old tradition, the house brewer’s beer is tapped every 14 days.
