After the era of Modschiedler, which lasted from 1814 to 2009, Brewmaster Norbert Kramer took a courageous step with the takeover. However, after having been a master brewer since 2000, the transition went smoothly, and Buttenheim’s traditional brewery is also gradually getting a new coat of paint. The best barley from the Jura mountains, the pure water from the brewery fountain and noble hops are still the raw materials of the tasty and tasty beers. Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia.
