Brauerei, Brennerei und Gasthaus Grasser
The Grasser brewery is a brewery in Huppendorf near Königsfeld in Upper Franconia. The family business was founded in 1750 by the innkeeper Pankraz Grasser with the expansion of the inn. In 2010, the brewhouse of the Bamberg BRAUEREIMASCHINENFABRIK Kaspar Schulz, which was built in 1966, was replaced by a fully automatic brewhouse, again from Schulz. Annual emissions are around 20,000 hectoliters.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
