“Wir haben nicht den Namen oder die Brauerei verkauft”, sagt Annemarie Höcht. Aber eine Partnerschaft mit der Ingolstädter Herrnbräu ist die Gritschenbrauerei eingegangen. In Schrobenhausen wird damit nach mehr als 400 Jahren die Bierproduktion eingestellt.
