Our private brewery and the traditional Franconian inn are located in beautiful Stettfeld in the Lower Franconian Haßberge. Our inn invites you to enjoy beer brewed according to the Purity Law, refreshing non-alcoholic drinks and Franconian specialties. In summer, our beer garden with sun and shade areas is an ideal excursion destination for families, couples, athletes and tourists. While classic Franconian dishes are on the daily menu on Sundays, we also offer typical Franconian snacks on all days.
And if you don’t find time to visit our inn in Lower Franconia, you can convince yourself of our delivery service. Almost the entire Bamberg district, between Bamberg – Ebrach – Obertheres and Stübig, is in the catchment area of our delivery service. Of course, our beers and non-alcoholic drinks can also be purchased in numerous beverage markets far beyond the borders of Lower Franconia.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
