If you, like us, are always looking for the best and freshest products, you won’t stop at drinks either. We are pleased to be able to offer you our home-brewed TIDE organic beer!
We have had our home-brewed TIDE organic beer since 2008, which has the German organic seal. It is brewed in our own brewery and served as pilsner, lager, dark and wheat beer. In production, we only use ingredients from organic farming that are subject to the strictest controls. In 2018, our TIDE Hopp was added.
If you want to see the quality of our beer for yourself, you can take advantage of the clear view of the fermentation vats, storage kettles and dispensing tanks in the brewery or simply watch our master brewer at work.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
