This is one of the very important differences from the monotony of industrial beers. Almost all large breweries use the same few ingredients. This affects both the malt and hops used, as well as the yeast strains used. We brew our beers ourselves in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. We compose the taste and color diversity of our craft beers solely from these four ingredients. In addition, in contrast to large industrial breweries, we completely avoid the use of filters and pasteurization to extend shelf life. This means our beer is produced particularly gently.
The fact that it is still relatively clear is due to the particularly long storage time that we give our craft beer.
On the one hand, the suspended solids settle, and on the other hand, this is how the aromas of our beers develop best. A good and tasty beer needs time to mature. We’ll give it to him!
Here, people aren’t jumping on the craft beer bandwagon in terms of gastronomy, but have been living this concept for years.
