The flagship of the Warsteiner Brewery Group is the equally popular and well-known Warsteiner Premium Verum – mild fine-sour beer Pilsener Brauart. The Pils, which is brewed with high-quality raw materials and particularly soft water, as well as the premium brand strategy, which has been loyal to the house for decades, form the brand’s most important asset: the trust of customers and consumers. On this basis, our group continues to develop the Warsteiner brand. At the same time, we supplement our portfolio exactly where long-term success is to be expected. Against this background, Warsteiner is also double hopped as Warsteiner Herb and as an isotonic thirst quencher for sports and leisure with the products Warsteiner Alcohol Free, Warsteiner Herb Alcohol Free or Warsteiner Radler Alcohol Free. The Warsteiner Radler varieties lemon and grapefruit offer 100% naturalness without colorants and preservatives. The Warsteiner brand portfolio is rounded off by the beer-mix drink Warsteiner Lemon and the festival beer Warsteiner Weihnacht (seasonal product).

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
