The Adler-Bräu private brewery was founded in 1730. Since then, we have been brewing traditionally according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Our beers undergo a six-week maturation phase and are stored at -1° Celsius. The classic fermentation method and the entire brewing process are carried out using state-of-the-art machinery and our many years of experience in craftsmanship.
