Microbirrificio Frassino

The project that brought the Frassino brewery to light in 2020 was born a few years earlier on the initiative of Matteo Francesco, owner and helmsman in the brewing room of this small business located in the hills of Muro Lucano, 700 meters above sea level, immersed in uncontaminated nature and surrounded by numerous springs of pure water. It is 2014 and Matteo, driven by the deep bond with his Lucanian roots passed down by his grandfather Vito, passionately resumes the family tradition in the cereal sector. The lands surrounding the current brewery, worked with an organic system, are used for the production of that barley that today becomes part of the brewing chain.
