Schinina Brewing

Schininà Brewing was founded in Terracina by two brothers united by a shared passion: beer. Alessandro, the brewer, after years spent studying abroad and practicing in his home brewery, decided to open his doors to the public.
Giulia, his sister, is a freelancer with many ideas and a big dream.

Our recipes are based on the desire to offer the drinker a different experience. The flavors and aromas of our beers reflect the brothers’ experiences. The goal is to create an elegant and clean product that draws heavily on tradition but also embraces innovation through carefully selected raw materials and spices.
