Browar Prost
The founder of the brewery is Ryszard Pachura, an entrepreneur from Wrocław, a lover of good flavors and atmospheric places throughout Europe, who has particular fondness for Bavaria. Ryszard Pachura ran the Pneumat System trading and production company for many years. At the beginning of 2015, he handed over the reins of the company to his sons Dariusz and Tomasz, and decided to create a brewery himself. In search of inspiration, he spent several months visiting craft, family-owned breweries all over Europe. He quickly turned the theoretical knowledge he acquired into action and within a few months the Prost brewery was established in Wrocław. Our brewery is located in the northern part of Wrocław, at ul. Paprotna 4, in the former headquarters of Pneumat System.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
