We are a restaurant operating on the Bydgoszcz market since spring 2011. Our premises are the sum of the brewing, culinary and historical passions of its creators. This is where you can drink our own beer, satisfy your hunger by ordering dishes from the European and original Indian cuisine menu, and additionally satisfy your curiosity by listening to stories about the history of beer in Bydgoszcz, or looking at beer souvenirs collected in the premises. All this in the very center of the city, in a charming corner of Bydgoszcz’s Venice, right next to the old town. Here you can spend time at an intimate dinner for two, organize a special occasion, family or business event, or if you prefer, you can simply enjoy the atmosphere and the view, savoring the taste of beer brewed on site.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
