Building on the 500-year-old tradition of brewing beer in the Ciuc Valley, the excellent natural conditions of the area and the exceptionally clean water, we built the well-known and visited Csíki Sör Brewery in Sânsimion in 2014. With the help of one of the most outstanding brewers in the Carpathian Basin and the help of the Hungarian University of Sciences Sapientia in Transylvania, we managed to revive traditional brewing.
