Rosas de Málaga Cerveza
Rosas de Málaga Beer is a craft beer from Málaga, specifically a Saison or Especial style, handcrafted with water, wheat, and Pilsen, Pale Ale, Pale 3 Wheat, and Weyermann Carahell barley malts. During fermentation, black pepper, coriander seeds, and orange peel are added, giving it a citrusy and fruity note. It is an unfiltered and unpasteurized beer, giving it a cloudy yet bright appearance. Its head is abundant, white, and long-lasting. On the palate, it is smooth, with citrus flavors and a tangy finish. It is best served chilled, but as it warms, the aromas become more pronounced.
