Önzer-Bräu

Önzer-Bräu is a small brewery in Niederönz Canton Bern.
The first beer we brewed in July 2010, in a “Chäschessi”.
What started small is now still small, the “Chäschessi” has been replaced with a 100 liter brewing bucket, which now allows us to produce about 60 liters of beer per brewing.
Önzer-Bräu is therefore unique and special, since it is produced in small quantities and by hand.
In addition to our standard beers, the refreshing bright Mühli and the amber Schweli we brew special beers again and again
We also like to brew your beer with your personal etiquette for your event, but that takes some time so we have about 2.5 months delivery time for larger quantities. Individual bottles for gifts are almost always feasible.
