The Blacksmith brewery was founded in August 2019 in Waterloo au Chenois by two students from the region. Maxence Deboeck, an engineering student, Nicolas Flammang, an agro-industry student. The name “Blacksmith” means blacksmith, a nod to Nicolas’ ancestors, given that it is located in the old family forge dating from the 1930s. Read more...
