The Glen Keith distillery was built in 1957-1960 on the site of a corn mill by Chivas Brothers, who also owned the nearby Strathisla distillery. The Convalmore distillery was located in the heart of Speyside, between the Glenfiddich & Craigellachie distilleries. It was founded in 1893 or 1894 by the Convalmore-Glenlivet Distillery Co. Ltd.
