Forge Brewery is an award-winning brewery situated in the quaint, coastal village of Hartland, near Bideford in North Devon. We have a passion for real ales and are proud of the awards we have received. All of our beers are made with natural ingredients, however it is the hands of our skilled brewers which make the quality taste of our beer. It is they that produce a symphony of colours, aromas and tastes which make our craft beers so popular in Cornwall and Devon, which can be enjoyed in a range of local pubs. As leading independent brewers, we are proud of our well-deserved reputation and passion for craft beers and real ales, along with our many awards, including the Supreme Champion Beer of the South West for the third year running.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
