We are the Curious Brewery. Where flavour & passion come first. We believe in trying to create things that others can’t. Established in 2011, in the heart of the Garden of England, Ashford, Kent, we have worked to create a bold and positive statement about modern brewing in Britain. Not only do we brew our beers on site, we offer a modern dining experience in our restaurant that overlooks our brewery operations. A hub for relaxation & socialising. A place to sample & enjoy our beers & food. We also offer tours & tastings throughout the year.
