Langham Brewery
We are an independent steam-powered craft microbrewery situated In West Sussex.
Our passion lies in producing innovative, distinctive and flavoursome real ales using the finest quality ingredients and traditional craft skills. We love to constantly evolve; showing a fresh approach to business, while retaining our ethos and traditional working practices.
Our range of delicious and award winning artisan ales – 7 regular beers and 8 exciting limited editions – are available in a large number of ​hostelries, off licences, Waitrose and SE Co-op’s plus, of course, our brewery shop.
We pride ourselves on being part of our local community; we’re are immensely proud of our barn HQ, where our ales are brewed in the tranquillity and natural beauty of the South Downs.
We showcase our ales at a myriad of regional events, plus a number of times a year host live music & comedy shows, including an annual Bonkers for Conkers championship. Through these events we support locally-linked charities.

Established in 2005 the brewery goes from strength to strength, securing 30+ awards for our prize-winning traditional ales.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
