Otter Creek Farmstead is excited to announce that Otter Creek Distillery is currently under construction. We will produce Fine Alabama Whiskey and Distilled Spirits in the Ultra-Premium category and plan to be in operation soon. Our on-site tasting room will complement our existing facilities.
