A Craft Brewery and Coffee House. The Brew on Broadway, which we affectionately call “The BoB”, is a combination craft brewery and coffee. Our brewery serves hand English style crafted beers brewed right here on the premises in downtown Englewood, Colorado. We offer the finest coffees and teas, plus select sodas and chocolate drinks We are pleased to offer folks the highest quality products in a friendly atmosphere, without having to travel to downtown Denver. Our food cart offers only the finest of grilled sandwiches that can be offered. Polidori and MM Local are our choice for your enjoyment of brats, Italian sausage sandwiches and other special meals. Our lounge is designed to make you feel right at home, with coffee tables and soft cushy chairs. Our cafe seating area offers plenty of room to chat with friends or catch up on the latest news and the Brew Garden is kid and pet friendly and is off Broadway for a very relaxing experience The craft brewery and coffee bar, and many other items in The BoB were constructed from re-purposed wood whose previous life was spent as a snow fence in Wyoming!

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
