At No Worries Brewing Company we believe you should enjoy every moment, do what you love, and embrace the world around you. Just sit back, relax and enjoy a locally hand crafted beer.
We have found there is no one-way to make a ‘No Worries’ beer. We test boundaries through experimentation and out-of-the-box thinking, while blending tried and true brewing techniques.
Each brew is a reflection of who we are, our hard work, and dedication. Our hope is that each beer brings something new to the table which can be enjoyed by everyone.
It may not be obvious… but we love beer, we loving making beer, and look forward to sharing our beer with everyone to enjoy.
Having no worries doesn’t have to be isolated to a beach & a palm tree… it can also be found in a pint glass.

Caroline Porsiel is a master distiller and liqueurist based in East Ellijay, Georgia. She founded House of Applejay, a fine spirits and liqueur distillery, in 2022 with her mother, Sabine, crafting award-winning products like Applejay from Ellijay, Mt. Frozen Knob Vodka, and Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. The distillery won a 2024 Best of Georgia Award and a 2025 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Winter Cherry Mountain Liqueur. As a founding member of the AMBRU Campaign, launched in 2020, Porsiel advocates for the global recognition of American Brandy and Rum. She continues to drive innovation in the craft spirits industry from her active distillery in the heart of Georgia’s apple country.
